my WORDS abide in you
If you abide in me and my WORDS abide in you, you can ask what ever
you want and it will be given to you. (John 15:7)
What does this mean?
Many people try to figure it out. What is really means is you must have God's Word in you. If you don't you will say whatever comes to mind and that means you will speak the problem, not the answer. That is what is called a negative confession. Therefore you will negate any prayer you prayed. Faith is saying what God has already said. But in order to say it you must really believe it. How are you going to believe in these words if you don't have faith in these words? How does faith come? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. If you keep saying what the Word says about the answer then that builds your faith in the Word.
In other words if you don't confess God's Word daily, pertaining to the problem you have, then even though you know what the Word says they will seem shallow to you. Here is another thing confessing the Word will not make it happen. It will only make the Word more real you. When you build your faith up by confessing it, then you can speak the Word and it will come to pass. Speaking the Word you believe is what does it, not just confessing it 100 times like ala-kazaam. You know hocus-pocus. That would be magic not faith.
So first look up the Word in the bible dealing with a problem, then confess it to build faith in that Word. Now his Words will abide in you. Then you can ask what you will, by speaking His Word, which now abides in you, to take care of the problem.
